Every home and away game starts with a teaser trailer released on social media. The trailers consist of highlight footage from previous games as well as a "storyline" that is told through a few different titles throughout the video. With 82 games in their regular season and 30 potential opponents, creating a Blues-themed template that can be updated quickly and easily but still feels custom was the key goal of this project. When editing the template, an editor can choose from a handful of text animations as well as background scenes. For each scene there is also an option to include a video for even more versatility.

The scene takes place around the St. Louis Blues wordmark and incorporates the 2017-18 season's branding elements in the spot-gloss strip along the side.
These titles are used very frequently throughout the season and need to be changed on the fly, so I created Adobe Essential Graphics Templates for the video editors. This allows for last minute copy changes without going back through an animator.
